    My Xbox series X was working fine for about 2 hours then it randomly shut down and i havent been able to turn it back on since!

    when i press the power button it makes the start up noise and the light turns on but then it just shuts down straight away !

    this is so frustrating

    Xbox 1 keeps turning off

    I have erased everything and installed a game that was like 1.9 gig and it turned off so I guess the Power supply is broken and it's not even been a month since I've had it but thank you for responding to me . I'll try buy the xbox series x/s than keep investing in this xbox one

    If Your console does not turn on, probably the power supply is broken.

    You can test the power supply using a multimeter. Set the DC scale to 20.

    The expected voltage is +12V.

    This does not apply to XBOX Series S/X.
