Xbox Series X internal SSD acting weird

Hi guys, so I got an xbox series x day one here in Brazil, everything was working fine since 11/11 until yesterday when I was installing Gears 5 from game pass, sunddenly it got stuck at 98%, I tried to restart the intallation and got a message saying something
like "error, corrupt data in internal memory" something like that, I didnt read carefully it at first as I didnt think it would be too relevant.

Well, I tried to restart the installation again and it asked me for a 17gb update, I clicked update and ok, it started installing. Went back to Fifa 21 and noticed that the music on the menu went off after 3-4 minutes ingame, than the menus started disappearing
too like the console coudlnt read anything from the internal memory or something like that... I than restarted (unplugged the power cord) the Xbox to see if it was a one of thing, and to my surprise it wasnt, started Fifa 21 again and boom, sound off, menus
out, game freeze after a while (I could go back to the main menu thought)... I said ok, lets reset the console so we clean this corrupt data.

So i chose the factory restart and to my surprise it got stuck at 50% (tried 3 times with the same result), than I went to the last resort and downloaded the OS1 from Xbox website to try an offline reset via pen drive. Luckly this worked, managed to reset
    my xbox and all.

Everything than seemed fine, I started resintalling fifa 21 and a few other games I play but before went to bed I decided to restart the xbox just to check everything was fine and to my surprise once again when i turned it on it was not reading my games
(U know that window at the main menu that shows your games like a small library) it was completly empty and I couldnt access my games via the menus.. this was a big bad flag for me and I started getting worried... I restarted the console and everthing is ok
now, can play my games normally and it doesnt seem to have any issues... But I now wonder if I should send this Xbox back for assistance or replacement since the SSD had these issues or should I keep calm as it was problaby a software issue (corrupt data)
    and its now solved?

    :)

Try recording directly to the Xbox Series X internal SSD, to see if the same issue happens, please.

Pre download Xbox Series X games

    Not really...

Xbox Series X games / upgrades / updates has to be installed onto the Series X internal or expansion card SSD,

You can have Xbox One games on your external hard drive that will get an Series X upgrade but the games will need to be transferred to the Series X and then the Series X upgrade will need to be downloaded onto the Series X SSD,

    As an example...

I have Marvel Avengers on my external hard drive that will get the Series X upgrade and I will transfer the game over to the Series X SSD ready to download and update the game to the Series X version when available.

I need help with my series s

It's because the Series S/X are new gen. They require the xbox SSD. You are using an HDD. SSD's are way faster than an SSD, the series s is trying to run the 120fps and higher graphics. Thats why they are telling you to move the games. It wants you to play them on the internal SSD storage.

Why can’t I play games direct from seagate hard drive??

Are you using a Series S/X?

Series S/X optimized games can only run from the internal SSD or an expansion card made specifically for the Series S/X.
