    Has the November update sorts out the ‘instant on’ issue on series X?

    its annoying that although its quicker than the One X series, i cannot have that benefit of installing new updates while i am away.

    Theres a thread of walk around solution, but i hope theres a fix that you just turn it on and not to worry and fiddle other settings.

    Yes. The Series X has almost all of the same settings as the One. Instant-on has been renamed to Standby.

    My Xbox one isn't installing when off

    I am having the same issue with my Xbox series X. It seems to stop all downloads when in standby using instant-on. Wondering if this might require an update to fix?

    I'm having the same issue but with my series X. Downloads fine while on but as soon as i turn it off (in instant on mode) everything stops

    I am having the same issue .I just received my Xbox series x and it keeps shutting off .I followed instructions to get instant mode on and there is no option for instant mode .I have stand by mode and energy saver that’s it .just wanted to see if I can get this issue resolved.thank you
