    Xbox series x Headset problems


    Hello everyone.

    While I was playing, suddently my headset volume went extremely low for no apparent reason. I've tried everything. Unplugging the plug from electricity, going to the settings and set the volume to max etc but nothing seems to work. Headset volume is set to max but it is very low. It is a bug? Do i have to buy new headset? Controller seems to work properly and so does the console. Thanks in advance for the help

    Xbox Wireless Headset Distorted Sound

    Is there any solution to this until today? I‘ve got the same problem and got my razer kaira pro replaced, also checked with different controllers (x one s and x series x controller) and the problem still exists. The headsets packaging says „designed for xbox series x“ so I wouldn‘t expect these kind of problems. Any help is still appreciated.

    The product doesn’t work with Xbox it has no problem with PC and sounds good. On the the Xbox series x the quality is very bad a lot of other people have problems with headsets aswell

    I understand you about the xbox license.

    I rather not want to have a wireless headset because I dont like charging and the battery life will decrease over time. So that leave me with two options:
    1. Wired, 3.5mm into the Xbox series x controller
    2. Wired, usb, into the Xbox series X

    I checked the microsoft store and there are only 2 compatible series X headsets. Both wireles.

    Do you know any wired Xbox series X headset? That is compatible with the series x? I prefer USB but have to go 3.5mm otherwise.

    The problem is not with any XBOX console, but when you use the headset with Windows 10. Only on PC you have such problems.

    Yes, it's connected with xbox wireless adapter.

    I have XBOX SERIES X and there is not problem there.
