    Hi!

    i have plantronics 800lx and have some problem with them/or xbox itself..

    i got this when i had xbox one x and i remember i had exact the same problem. When i start or restart the consol it does not recognise them and i have to unplugg and insert the usb dongle.. first then it pops up.. but! It was only this problem in the beginning.
    So i guess there came some update or something, because i had no problem with the headset in the end of my xbox one x time..

    now its the same with series x.. i have to do this procedure every time Xbox series x ”Headset” problems :( if i leave it and shutdown the xbox, and then next time i start the usb dongle is dead.. just like the usb port ”sleep”

    any advice to doo?

    have done the ”reset” unplugg power and that

    hole thing without sucess. Also reinstalled the dolby atmos app

    Xbox Wireless Headset Distorted Sound

    Is there any solution to this until today? I‘ve got the same problem and got my razer kaira pro replaced, also checked with different controllers (x one s and x series x controller) and the problem still exists. The headsets packaging says „designed for xbox series x“ so I wouldn‘t expect these kind of problems. Any help is still appreciated.

    The product doesn’t work with Xbox it has no problem with PC and sounds good. On the the Xbox series x the quality is very bad a lot of other people have problems with headsets aswell

    I understand you about the xbox license.

    I rather not want to have a wireless headset because I dont like charging and the battery life will decrease over time. So that leave me with two options:
    1. Wired, 3.5mm into the Xbox series x controller
    2. Wired, usb, into the Xbox series X

    I checked the microsoft store and there are only 2 compatible series X headsets. Both wireles.

    Do you know any wired Xbox series X headset? That is compatible with the series x? I prefer USB but have to go 3.5mm otherwise.

    The problem is not with any XBOX console, but when you use the headset with Windows 10. Only on PC you have such problems.

    Yes, it's connected with xbox wireless adapter.

    I have XBOX SERIES X and there is not problem there.
