Xbox Series X hard crashing

Hello, I just recently got a Series X and so far I have been enjoying it. But however, I have noticed that he system has been hard crashing pretty frequently, it happened when I was just starting a game, it shutted down a few times on the twitch app on the xbox, it shut down just as I was about to stream as well few other points as well. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and might have a solution for this problem.

I would greatly appreciate it.

The game is actually freezing and crashing hard, and that since the last patch.....it really annoys me, NO

it's pissing me really off.

I can't play normal on a Xbox Series X without a crash or a freezing Game. Playing with Xbox Series X controller, 4K HDR 60FPS , cross play enabled (without crossplay the Xbox found no Matches )

The Game crashes 10 min into play, either when in a match or in menu.

I have conducted following troubleshooting steps: Reset the game, reinstalled the game, reset the console completly, reset the console, removed everything and nstalled BF2042 again....

Halo infinite was hard crashing a lot for me at launch but then seemed to work perfectly through December and now after the most recent update I’m back to crashing almost every game. The game even crashes in the main menu sometimes. Half the time it crashes to Xbox dashboard half the time it shuts the whole Xbox off. I’m on a series x. I’ve done all the troubleshooting tips. This game is broken.

I recommend trying the solutions below.

Solution 1:

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

Solution 2:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

*Select to keep your games and apps so they won't be deleted, make sure you know your email and password as well, as yours will be removed from the console, and you'll need to add again.

So I have tried the to do both, but the power center option wasn't activating for me for some reason, but I did do the console reset. It seemed to work for a little bit but I'm afraid that the problem still exsists, I did a short test stream to see if the problem was rectified but the console hard crash after I ended the stream to try and increase the bit rate of the stream. But this crash was 3 mins more than the previous 5 mins that had happened when this problem was becoming noticeable.

I should probably mention, I only had the console for at least a day at this point after ordering it online. My apologies for not mentioning that before.

No problems sir, normally crash problems can be due to overheating of the console, so please check if your console is in a suitable place.

This issue can happen because the console is out of date too, I recommend you to download the latest update for the system if you haven't already.
