Xbox Series X Halo Infinite Limited Edition crashes on some games. HELP!

the day I received my Xbox I installed some of my favorite games such as halo infinite, gta, cyberpunk, assassins creed, battlefield…etc.

I could play the majority of my games, but cyberpunk would make the Xbox crash and return to home. Halo Infinite crashes and the Xbox flickers and shuts off. Assassins creed Valhalla, same thing. R6, Xbox flips out and if I’m lucky it only returns to homescreen without shutting down.

For 2 weeks, I’ve been unable to contact costumer support, and I’m stuck with the xbox that cost me $1,300. I worked so hard to earn the cash from November to June setting aside the money from whatever highschool job I could get my hands on. It’s my dream to have this model, since it commemorates the game that I grew up playing. It means so much to me, yet despite being perfectly new, factory sealed, and untouched until it arrived at my door on what was supposed to be one of the greatest days in life yet, I was confronted with an Xbox that was failing, and I will have to send it back if I can’t get this problem fixed, I’m not paying to get it fixed when it arrived either the issue.

I need help fixing this issue. I’ve seen other people post the exact same issue. Why are the games making the Xbox shut down? Can anyone fix this problem?

I paid 1k for the limited edition and it doesn’t work properly, whenever I try to open halo Infinite, the Xbox glitches out and shuts off, please help I spent so much on a perfectly new untouched Xbox series x limited edition

So I reset the Xbox completely last night, and I downloaded halo infinite since it comes with the bundle, but I tried loading up Halo infinite this morning and it shut down before it could even reach the main menu screen of the game.

As usual, my game went black (this time it didn’t have a glitchy smear of colors across the screen) and same following problem where I no longer can press any buttons, only hear the buttons being pressed in the background until my controller stops responding and the Xbox shut down yet again.

Am I able to send it back and switch it for a different one that was factory sealed and untouched like the one I received? I spent $1300 on this Xbox series x halo infinite limited edition by setting aside cash to get my hands on it and it took me from November to June to save up for it and all my money now is going strictly to my first car before senior year of highschool starts in august,

So with that in mind, I set my only options for fixing this problem without cutting into my budget and spending extra money to have it repaired is to either send it back or see if there’s a way swap it for one that was factory sealed and perfectly new like the one I received, but I do understand how rare this limited edition of the series X is so I’ll accept if my only option is to send it back.
