Xbox Series X green screen then instant crash

i am not using an external hard drive and i think it happened on 1 other game i cant remember what it was though, its really just Deep Rock Galactic though, i literally can’t play a single match without my xbox turning off.

Does it only happen to one game? Have you tried playing other games just to check if it is still happening? Are you using an external hard drive?

I already tried to do the reset where it saves your games and its still happening , actually happened just now.

Hello Starbuckzii, I don't know if you've already performed a procedure on the console, if you haven't already, follow the procedures below.

The first is a clear cache

1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

My series x goes green screen and crashes on 2k22 online play only, no other game. Can yall please fix this I have notified 2k and Microsoft and it has been a month and still this happens.
