    So my configuration is like this

    Xbox Series X

    TV Philips PUS 7304/12

    Xbox linked via HDMI to PHILIPS TV and PHILIPS TV sends AUDIO to ONKYO AV.

    I've seen glitches in FIFA2020 Menu, Battlefield 1 (especially on buildings), Forza Horizon 4 (strange lighting), and a few others and can't seem to identify a pattern.

    In Battlefield, the issue is mostly present on Buildings.

    I thought it was from HDR initially but even wit it off but still had the glitches

    HDMI Cable: I have the original XBOX Series X cable and tried with a 3rd party (very HQ) HDMI2.1 cable and still had the glitches

    AUDIO: Also i have seen that audio lags a lot, until i just go to settings switch to some other settting then switch back and LAG=NOT ANYMORE.

    Combinations: Tried Deactivating AUTO HDR, or HDR10...still nothing. Tried also different settings on TV (Game mode vs standard mode, HDR/NON HDR)

    This just recently happened to my Xbox One day 1 edition after installing Assassins creed Unity. is fine on the home screen but when I load up any game now I start seeing artifacts/red and green flashing ect. is there any software fixes planned to come out
    soon or is my xbox one toast?

    I have tried using the component cables, same result. What's very strange is that everything looks perfectly normal in the dashboard. I only have tried a few games including GTA5. I recently moved and this was the only game I purchased. I brought my console
    to a local games store where we tried COD:MW2 which actually worked fine. A friend of mine was using the console on his TV and said he was getting a similar picture, but not nearly as bad.

    GTA5 is installed on an external drive. I've also tried installing it on the xbox HDD. How can I reset my xbox?

    Hate to say it, but after clearing my game disc data/cache and rebooting, the issue persisted. What's worse, I rebooted once more after deleting my game saves, my box wouldn't reboot anymore (e74 error, red ring - bottom right light).

    Looks like the box is fried. Going to get it repaired and see if that fixes the artifact issues.

    FWIW, this Xbox had a RRoD about two years ago, and I fixed it myself. Guess it was good while it lasted.

    My findings: its a hardware issue. Sorry man.
