Xbox Series X got stuck during game loading or gameplay

Hi guys. I just got my Xbox Series X back from Microsoft Service Center last week, and tried to reinstall my games this week. When I am trying to reinstall and play the Watchdogs: Legion and Red Dead Redemption 2, I found my Xbox got stuck (or freeze)
on the game loading screen. Both two games have this issue during the loading process or gameplay. I have to unplug my xbox to restart it. Does anyone have the same issue on your Xbox Series X?
