Xbox Series X glitching out controllers?

I’ve been having a problem recently with my Xbox Series X where any controller that I use on it, it seems to be glitching out and very badly. It’s like it’s not disconnected, I can still hear audio from games and party chat, but my movement and MY mic audio will become very glitchy. I don’t know if I can even describe what’s happening to it, it just seems extremely glitchy. I’ve tried to update, reconnect, reset my Xbox and more but nothing seems to fix it. Has anyone had this problem before?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps. Please try to perform a powercycle on your console.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If you also have an External hard drive plugged in, kindly unplug them in the meantime then check if the same issue will occur. A corrupted hard drive may cause these issues as well.

I can't find one designed for series x controller. They are all for xbox one controller and don't fit series x controller properly.

My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore

Xbox Series X|S controllers are fully compatible with the Xbox One, One S and One X. Also the Xbox One controllers work on the new Series consoles.

The Xbox Series X controllers will work on Xbox One consoles, and the Xbox One controllers (including the Elite/Elite V2) will work on Xbox Series X too.
