Xbox series x games upgrading says that the instillation stoped

The game in question is tom Clancy's rainbow six siege on disk I have taken the external hard drive out and tried a cache cleanup then i tried to re install the game but that hasn’t worked any ideas of what is going on

The game will be going on the ssd as it can’t be downloaded because it says instillation stoped at less than 1% I do have a seagate game drive I wondered if that could be the problem
