Xbox Series X games lagging with Good Wifi

Hey, I have an Xbox Series X and I've been experiencing Lag Spikes (every couple seconds to minutes, it varies) for all the games I've been playing for the past two months. This makes the session very unenjoyable. This also extends to hearing audio in my Partys as when this happens the voices cut out for a second, and to my Twitch Streams which causes it to stutter. Media playing is fine and optimal. Before May-ish (3 years on this wifi) it was fine. I use high speed internet and excel the minimum requirements for gaming so it isn't that. To try to resolve this I have:

- Switched between 2g and 5g networks (I found 2g felt better but there was not much of a difference)

- Power Cycled my Xbox

- Cleared the Cache on my Xbox

- Cleaned my Xbox

- Disconnected my Storage Device

- Reset my Router

- Disconnected and Reconnected my WiFi on Xbox

- Checked NAT type (Its open)

- Changed my DNS

- Cleared my MAC address

- Changed my port selection

- Enabled QoS tagging

- Cleared Persistent Storage on BluRay

- Removed my Account, then Re-added it

- Taken devices off the wifi it was using

- Switched to a lower resolution (Including disabling HDR)

- Messed with Video Fidelity and Overscan

- Reset my TV, made sure it was on 2.0 HDMI

- Switched game mode off and on

- Switched from 60hz to 120hz and back

- Made sure the Xbox is getting proper cooling

And more, probably

I'm not sure what to do at this point, and I don't exactly have the funds for a repair at the moment, so if there is absolutely anything I'm missing or anything that you would recommend, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for the tips, I tried the Offline System Update for my Xbox and that did not seem to resolve the issue. However, I tried using a mobile Hotspot to see if there was a difference like you said and I had no problems using it! I played for about an hour using the Hotspot and there was no lag whatsoever, which means the problem is with the wifi. I ordered an ethernet cord which should resolve the issue, Thank you!

May I know if you already tried using a completely different wifi network?
For example sharing your mobile data via wifi Hotspot and connect your console in that way?

If yes, I can advise you perform an offline update for your console as a last resource before sending it to repair.
In that way Xbox system will be updated from scratch.

Have the issue on my series x under WiFi , all my other devices are fine but when I use the series x under 2.4gh it’s really bad lag and 5gh is better but still laggy, only solution that I found right now is to use Ethernet and completely disconnect WiFi. Hope this helps!

And it still lags but my wifi works with other devices including a different xbox series s

I keep having the same issue with the series x wifi just turns off and is unable to find any network at all. I have to restart the series x and it's good for about 5 to 10 minutes then does it all over again its very frustrating
