    Xbox Series X Game Pass Ultimate Cities Skyline crashes on start everytime


    Hi i have an xbox series x with ongoing issues with controller disconnecting, games crashing on occasion, even once the whole system turned itself off in the middle of playing Watchdogs Legion. Probably unrelated but just in case i thought i’d mention.

    Anyway so this week game pass reward quest is for Cities Skylines. I already own it on PC installed through Game Pass on xbox. It gets past the publisher splashscreen to the “press a” screen but crashes after pressing A. Every time. I’ve reinstalled 3 times,
    fully shut down xbox and unplugged and pressed power button to “clear the cache”. Tried changing every video setting on the xbox aswell but nothing works.

    Paradox are unable to help with this issue so now i’m reaching out to the xbox community as microsoft support won’t accept any contact for this type of issue. Help!

    Cities: Skylines Season Pass Windows 10

    Having checked the Microsoft store for the season pass for the Windows 10 version of the game, there isn't one listed. It's possible you ordered the Xbox One version of the season pass by mistake.

    Since the crash I have a bought game on disc Cities Skylines and a purchase download which won't work..keeps telling me to buy them again absolutely fuming!

    I can't even find any redeeming codes anywhere.

    It started to update Snowfall and then it crashed that's it..it's an absolutel con!
