Xbox series X game brightness issue

Just last night I booted up my Xbox and when I went to start up halo, the whole screen became bright and washed out despite my graphic settings being dark, even the Xbox menu became bright but when ever I'm on the home screen it goes back to normal. I have this issue on every game I start up as well, but when I use a movie app everything seems normal and my game mode on my tv is turned off as well. I've had this issue once before but don't know how to fix it

im having the same issue, restarted app and xbox, recalibrated, all that didnt work

Go to settings, general settings, tv display, video modes, turn on auto hdr and the other hdr setting it will fix it 100%

My xbox was already on this setting, so what do I do now? Already tried rebooting a thousand times

Following. My games and menu are crisp color when I load up, but once it hits the title screens, they go back to some other setting. Not as clear and crisp color as before. Anyone know a fix?
