Xbox series x freezes and shuts off

I just bought the xbox series x. And the new assains creed came with it hard disc. I plugged it up and got everything setup. Inserted the game and began the download. After the download there was an update. So i updated it. Once i open the game i went
through the oping scene. I was able to walk through the door to the next cut scene. Then it froze and shut my console off. I reset the console twice, once with keeping my games and the second with a complete reset. And it is still doing it. Has anyone else
experianced this issue? If so how can i resolve the problem at hand?

just got my series x 2 days a go and my console will randomly freeze then shut off im having texture issues with games that are enhanced and also audio issues

I myself having been having this issue with my series S, Mine is destiny 2 tho. spoke with a rep and they basically said its a heating issue went through all the normal troubleshooting but with some of the bigger games the new assasins creed destiny 2
and cold war the game runs too hot and the console freezes and shuts off. The only help they offered was to start a repair order, or wait for a console update apparently, hope this helps! I'm in the same position you are!

My xbox series x is crashing when playing Anny game is started op it freezes after 2 minutes and shuts down can you tell when there will be a fix update for this best regards theis

Just white usually a game will crash, light blinks series x games seem to struggle to play. And sometimes they'll freeze and shut the console down. No error messages though

I want them to repair the game then from shutting my Series X down and crashing the game and returning me to the Xbox homepage along with the game freezing whilst in a gunfight. Do they need to come look at my Xbox to sort this out ?
