Xbox series x fps stuttering

In 2022 I had posted about an issue I had regarding my Xbox series x and fps stuttering issues. it was serviced after this and they said there was nothing wrong with the console however the issue still continued.(this was last year and I've now started using my Xbox again)

this is my one last try at trying to make my Xbox series x playable as I've started using it again i hope somebody can help as this issue is still incredibly frustrating

this issue occurs in pretty much every game i play making them a lot less playable

(i have changes all settings and reverted them and nothing happens it has also been factory reset countless times)

doesn't seem much in the video but it does this with every game i play ruining the experience and is often worse than seen in the clip

no other issues with the console apart from whats already been mentioned

Same problems exist with me as extreme stutter and there was no problem till last 1.5 month period everything is same and same games started to unplayable for example for me elden ring and sekiro

I think something is wrong with the update I hope we can revert back
