Xbox Series X -Forza Horizon 5 - Progress lost

Hi guys, I have kind of big problem with my Forza Horizon 5 game. Im playing FH5 on Xbox Series X and one day I been visit my friend which plays also FH5 but on PC. I wanted to show him something in game so I tried to login my account. Somehow it didnt work, so I let it go and next day I logged on Xbox and my FH5 progress was gone. Btw my FH4 progress stayed. I completely logged out of his PC and it still doesn't work. Btw. I can still see my 67Mb save file in Xbox. Please how i can load up that save or is there any other solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Your progress may be overridden. For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Thanks! The weird thing is, this issue only happens with series x games. Forza horizon 4 looks perfect. It’s just the new multiplayer halo and Forza Horizon 5.
