It's starts to connect to the cloud and fails back to home screen. Worked for two hours yesterday with Microsoft doing factory reset etc...and it's still not working and they closed my ticket.

Last night, we happened to get it to work one time by holding the X botton on the controller while it was booting up but now simply powers off the controller and fails each time.

Any insight or information would be appreciated.
