    XBOX Series X First time buying


    Just had my Xbox series X delivered today from currys. And right from the beginning I've had nothing but problems. First I couldn't set my console up through the app (no problem, I can set it up manually). Second, after going through the first time setup, the console would get stuck on non stop looping loading screen. I waited for over an hour thinking it was doing a last minute install but nothing. I turned off the console, switched it back on eventually reaching the main menu screen. Gamepass and the app store wasn't working. Everytime I went onto it. The screen just goes grey with no image. I'll be returning this back to currys tomorrow, not happy at all. Luckily my sister in-law is a tech rep at currys and she confirmed it that it's a faulty console.

    Why is my Xbox Series X crashing on high quality Games.

    So I ended up purchasing a new Xbox. I purchased a series S for the time being. I have sold the Series X, before selling the issue still persisted. After buying a new series S the problem no longer is an issue for me. I am still looking to buy a new series X in the near future in hopes of the problem to be resolved. Thank you for you assistance.

    Microsoft will continue to support Xbox One X with same releases on series X within the first year of Series X.

    I have the same problem and the gamers that are supposed to help you tell you the vague unplug Xbox for atleast 15 seconds. My time isn't tracking and now my gs drops 15k. Xbox 1 x is horrible so far. This definitely isn't helping me buy a series x and
    until Ms fixes the time and gs glitch I will be advising against the series x

    Yeah I'm gonna buy it first to play on One, then maybe on Christmas gonna swap to the series X, for sure will be an awesome game.
