Xbox Series X experiencing very frequent Lag Spikes

A couple months ago my Series X just started randomly experiencing lag spikes. It doesn't matter the game, I experience them on every game, for reference I play UFC 4 and NBA 2k23, that's it. My internet speeds are fine, I literally only experience this issue on my Xbox, playing games on PC is fine, no issues at all. ALL of my connection is great on my Xbox, 30 MB down, 2MB up on Wireless, 50MB down, 5MB up on Wired, NAT Type is OPEN, no issues show on the Network/Advanced Settings screens.

Here is a list of ALL of the solutions I have tried to no avail:
- Port Forwarding ALL ports given for Xbox on Microsoft websites (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/connect-network/network-ports-used-xbox-live)

- Wired Connection and WiFi have both been tested, while Wired gives more download speed and better connection, I still experience the same amount of lag spikes.

- I have done ALL of the console resetting. I have turned it on and off, I have reset the cache, I have turned it off holding the power button for 30 seconds and unplugged the power for 5 minutes, I have factory reset my console (the reset that keeps games installed).

- I have disabled all settings that could possibly create lag -- disabled automatic screen capture uploading, disabled automatic screen capturing.
- My internal storage is only at 40.3 percent.
- I have done everything I can on the network side as well -- factory reset my router/modem, played plugged into the modem instead of the router, turned on/off firewall, turned on/off UPnP, even got a new modem/router combo.
- I have done the Alternate MAC address trick, I have changed my DNS about 4 times, I have set a manual IP for my console.

I am truly at a loss for what to do at this point.

I understand you need help with your Xbox problem.

Have you tried using a different network just to see how that goes?

Try using your mobile hotspot instead if you do not have any other network you can use. Check if the issue is still the same or not.

If the problem is still the same, you may already be having a hardware problem and would lead to a repair.

We can only isolate the issue if this is a hardware problem if we try to use a different network. Not sure why your mobile hotspot is not being detected as it normally would though because it is still through Wifi.

My mobile hotspot doesn't show up as a connection option on my Xbox. I will be trying out my Xbox on a new network soon and seeing if its a network problem. I've noticed that my Wired connection actually lags much more then my WiFi, although it has higher speeds, the lag is way more frequent and worse.

Is there any way of checking if its a hardware problem?

Funny how I haven't had this issue on my xbox one x ever but when I go on my xbox series S then it just starts having the lag spike issues with my captures.

I have not contacted my ISP yet but I have been gaming for a long time on xbox and this is the first time I have ever experienced these lag spikes.

This was ran while in a game of Black Ops 2.

This was tested while a lag spiked happened while in my xbox live party when my friend was talking and then his voice got choppy
