Xbox Series X Error E100 and E102

I bought my xbox last year and everything was going normal until a couple of months ago I got an error e100, I tried to fix it with a flash drive but the screen remains frozen and does not advance by 1% and when trying to restart and delete data the 2 buttons do not work. Does anyone know if there is a solution?

This lets you access the resolution for the error codes.

Disconnect any network ethernet wired connection and Factory reset the console.

E100 indicates a hardware issue.

E102 but its different every time eg E100, E106

If you are using an external hard drive, unplug it from the console and don't plug it back, and then perform a factory reset with the option to remove everything.

If that doesn't work, and also, the offline system update didn't work then sadly, your console needs repair.
