    Hello together,

    I have a brand new XSX and the following problem. For every DVD, Blu-Ray or Ultra HD disc I inserti get the error 0x91d7000a:
    Disc Stopped appears. Make sure your TV's HDMI input supports HDCP rights management. If not, try plugging your console into a different TV input.

    I've tried just about everything I could find here in the community, including the official Xbox solution. These include, but are not only:
    - Swap HDMI ends
    - Inputs changed
    - App reinstalled
    - Hard Reset
    - 24 Hz mode deactivated
    - Quick start deactivated

    I'm still going mad. I got special different Ultra HD movies :-(. Do you still have ideas or the same problem?

    I had the exact same error message when I tried to watch a Blu-Ray movie. I went back into Settings >> TV & Display Options >> Refresh Rate and changed it from 120 Hz down to 60 Hz and the error went away and I was able to watch Blu-Ray movies then.
