Xbox series x electrical noise coming from middle of fan

I was wondering if this is normal when I get close to my console like right over it or directly beside it I can hear an electrical whirring or whirling coming from the middle of the fan. I don’t think I have experienced any performance issues at all or the console getting hotter than normal but the noise seems to be persistent and can’t be heard from far away or a normal distance away. I was wondering is this a normal noise or not I don’t hear the noise at the sides of the console only the middle.

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

It is normal to hear the console produce small sounds if you are very close to it, it is not normal when you can hear them at a considerable distance.

So is my situation normal then since you have to be close to the console within earshot to hear it. If so I’m relieved.

When I want to disconnect the electricity from the device, I turn off the device completely through the settings

You should not disconnect the power from the Xbox Series X while it is in sleep or shutdown mode even if the fan does not rotate ???

Really @Electro, if there was a electrical problem the console would not power up. The X1 console only contains low voltage, the power supply that's out side the console is were the line voltage is converted.

Noise is most likely coming from the HDD, disk drive or the fan.
