XBox Series X Dolby Atmos Error 0x80bd0037: license fail

Hello,

I have just purchased Dolby Atmos for headphones through the XBox store, after my free trial ran out. I paid $14.99 for this license.

After paying for a new Dolby Atmos for headphones license, I tried changing the Headset Format to “Dolby Atmos”. I get an error message asserting that I need to buy the license, and I cannot set my headphone audio to Dolby Atmost because of this error.

I have tried restarting the console, uninstalling and reinstalling Dolby Atmos, and so forth. The app does not seem to be syncing with my license. I’ve searched online and it seems no one has an answer for this, but it is not an uncommon issue??

Did you make this purchase on the console or PC?

Please report this as a problem on your device for Team Xbox to further investigate on the same device that had this error occur. This Xbox Article shares the different methods you can use to report, whether that's for console or for PC.

Settings are all set up for atmos, the UHD player doednt support Dolby Atmos metadata. Highest it can do is Dolby Tru HD. The one x plays games - streams content from netflix, youtube etc in Dolby Atmos this is confirmed on thr TV and the Sound system.
I have dolby access all my components are correct. I dont see why if microsoft have the license for Atmos (as its funtioning on all other aspects in tbr console) that they wouldnt just do a software update so the UHD player can. Looking at thr specs on tbe
series x that still shows the new UHD player on the series x still doesnt put out dolby atmos. Needs updating

If you have already confirmed that your headset device supports Dolby Atmos and have configured the audio settings on your Xbox, here are a few more steps you can try to enable Dolby Atmos for Headphones on your Xbox One:

Check if you have an active Dolby Atmos license: To enable Dolby Atmos for Headphones, you need an active Dolby Atmos license. To check if you have an active license, go to the Microsoft Store on your Xbox One, search for "Dolby Access," and check if it says "Owned" next to the app. If it doesn't, you may need to purchase the app to get the license.

Install and setup the Dolby Access App: If you have an active Dolby Atmos license, make sure that you have downloaded and installed the Dolby Access app on your Xbox One. Once the app is installed, launch it and follow the instructions to set up Dolby Atmos for Headphones.

I have the problem that Netflix Dolby Atmos is not working with the x box S, if I try to play a series with Dolby Atmos, then Netflix give the text:

This title can not play try later?

Configuration is ok at the x box s and all other content without Dolby Atmos will play correct.

If someone have a solution?
