I would suggest searching xbox support and contacting them through their live chat and they can get the process in motion, they are expiriencing high support request .

...Since you recently bought it from Microsoft as a certified refurbishment it has a 12 month warranty, since the warranty hasn't shown on the service page, I would recommend contacting Microsoft support ....... and enquire about this issue as they will be able to help you get this issue resolves, they might offer refund, repair, or replacement you can contact Microsoft support Here.

Good to know what I expected, that there is a warranty, information on that is nowhere to be found. Thanks for that.

About the contact link, that is not very useful, that in US or Dutch version I found, it is a site that links you to other texts with links... what I really miss is a simple button where I can fill out some form. Give you my data, numbers etcetera and the problem. And that problem will be either solved or I will get some kind of contact for someone who actually can help....

I just paid close to 500 euro for a product which fails within 24 hours, then I need several hours to find ways to contact...
isn't there an email address like *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** where I could get contact with somone who can actually start the necessary processes?

Thank you for this; the issue is that the pair button on the Series X does not work most of the time. It just does not start the pairing process; I have multiple older Xboxs including the Xbox One X and the Xbox One Elite and neither had an issue pairing
the Elite 2.
