Xbox series X does not seem to work in second turn on

Hello, I encounter an issue in my Xbox series x after my second turn on. It would be really helpful if some can help me out. Below are the details of what has happened.

<Issues>

Xbox does not seem to work. Xbox turns on with a light on the power button, however,

no signal is sent to display, the display does not react and does not show any picture

Xbox does not pair with the controller so controller also does not react and vice versa

I could inject blu ray dis and eject it

Xbox automatically turns off after 5-10 minutes after turning on

<What I have done with Xbox before the issue occurs>

I turned Xbox on and paired it with the controller. It was my first turn on of Xbox.

I finished setup and logged in with my account

I turned Xbox off and pull off the power cable because I wanted to bring it to another room

<What I did after I found an issue>

Physical check

I tried with 3 different monitors. Two of them are FHD monitor and one is 4K monitor

I tried with 2 different HDMI cables

I tried with 2 different power cable

Reset Xbox

Offline system update: I was not able to bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. I was not able to hear "Listen for two “power-up” tones"

Hard reset: Screen does not react and no beep sound is detected

Please someone help me out...

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

If you're seeing a "No signal" on your screen the issue can be the HDMI port and in this case, since you have already performed all the necessary steps we need to send the console for a repair.

Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices then add your console as a device using its serial number or if it's already added simply click "show details", and then you will see "start service online"

Finally got it to work. Press and hold your xbox button on the series X for 10 seconds, then press it again to turn on it should have the reboot screen of the X and then The game worked again

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble viewing your Xbox Series X on your TV. Here are some things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

Check the HDMI connection: Make sure the HDMI cable is properly connected to the Xbox Series X and the TV. Check the HDMI cable or HDMI ports on your devices for visible damage.

Check TV input: Make sure your TV is set to the correct input for the HDMI port your Xbox Series X is connected to.

Restart Xbox Series X: Try restarting your Xbox Series X by holding down the power button for 10 seconds until it turns off, then unplug it and wait a few minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on.

Reset display settings:

If there is a disc in the console, eject it.

On your console, press and hold the Xbox  button for 10 seconds to turn it off.

Press and hold the Xbox  button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You will hear a beep immediately and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash before the second beep. Don't let go until you hear the second beep or see the console boot into low-resolution mode (the Xbox boot screen will appear slightly pixelated).

Note If you have an Xbox Series S or Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, you will need to press and hold both the Xbox  button and the Pair button as your console does not have an Eject button.

Check for updates: Make sure you have the latest update for your Xbox Series X installed. Updates can sometimes fix display issues.

yes i know but i turn it off and it even being 3 days off, it seems that it was on because it is very hot, as if it were working

The Xbox Series X in instant on mode does still create some heat, its down to the SSD, which are well known for running very warm.

If your concerned perhaps turn the instant on mode off.

Update:

It seems to work for a little while after I turned it off (if i turn it off and press the "turn on" button in the xbox app 30 seconds later). But it does not work when the xbox hasn't been recently powered off.

Anyone have an idea?
