Xbox Series X Disconnecting all devices

Xbox Series X randomly keeps disconnecting the internet and the controllers, only thing to fix it is a power cycle. I can't keep doing a power cycle every 15 minutes when I want to play.

Hi JonahBowling, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

To fix this kindly perform a reset on your console keeping your games and apps.

Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

When I want to disconnect the electricity from the device, I turn off the device completely through the settings

You should not disconnect the power from the Xbox Series X while it is in sleep or shutdown mode even if the fan does not rotate ???

Have the issue on my series x under WiFi , all my other devices are fine but when I use the series x under 2.4gh it’s really bad lag and 5gh is better but still laggy, only solution that I found right now is to use Ethernet and completely disconnect WiFi. Hope this helps!

I’m having the exact same problem with using my mobile hotspot on my series X, any other device works perfectly fine (ps4, xbox one X etc). It will connect perfectly fine, then all of a sudden disconnects for a matter of about 5-10 seconds then reconnects.
Have spoke to microsoft support as of last night and they told me to change DNS settings and it hasn’t helped at all
