Xbox Series X died and I made a HUGE MISTAKE

So, I am totally bummed right now. 5 days after I bought my Xbox Series X from Best Buy I got the fated brick. I went to turn my system on and it wouldn't fire up at all.

I did the right thing and filled out an online warranty claim. but then I boxed up my entire system in the retail box, cords and ALL. Today the UPS driver delivered my replacement box with NOTHING ELSE.

I am desperately trying to reach out to someone at Microsoft to help with my mistake. (I went back and it says on the packing tab not to send my controllers and cables back)

Has anyone else done this? What the hell am I supposed to do now?

You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us (If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do). Typically
if they are able to locate the items and send them back it can take a couple of weeks. Otherwise, you'd have to buy new ones.

please be aware that sharing account information is against the Terms of Use and or Code of Conduct.

Regarding the issue, you will need to change your password and security information and after you've done that clear any consoles from remembering your account information.

they really dont care, for as long as i live i will never support this company, I made a HUGE mistake investing in the xbox

Just to point out, I see some people making the mistake of referring to the new Xbox Series X. This question is specifically for the Xbox One X, not the new console. I have no intention of buying the new Xbox Series X.
