    Hi all,

    Hoping someone can help shed some light.

    Ordered the Series X from the Microsoft Store, they have advised on the 7th November its been dispatched by UPS. Got the tracking number and everything.

    UPS Tracking says that the shipping label has been printed, but they have not been handed the parcel. They recommend contacting the supplier to see whats up. UPS say they scan the barcode every step of the way and haven't been given the package to ship yet.

    I contact Microsoft Support and some representative who didn't even want my order number said it should arrive tomorrow but may have to wait the extra 2-3 days for delivery? On top of the 2-3 days from the 8th when it was apparently shipped.

    So some retailers are shipping their consoles out early, while Microsoft is shipping it out late? That doesn't make sense. Has anyone had anything similar or know anything that might help? Payment has been taken and cleared for several days. Took a few days
    off work for delivery so will not be happy if its not on its global release date :/
