    I can't believe it, over time the quality of devices went from great to grave.

    got xbox series X a day after release, worked for 2 days, died.

    opening a service request was pain in the ****, as the process no longer works, when you get to shipping label part it refreshes a page and you can start from the beginning. I had to do it via unusable virtual assistant, then using chat with a gamer until
    I got to a microsoft contrator/employee who opened the request for me. from there the process went fine. Now with the console back, i sold my old one X, just to find out that after a week of use i cannot turn on my series X anymore. Got the sound when you
    press the button, the button on the box lights up normally and turns off within a second.

    at this point I'm like **** microsoft?

    Since release I was able to use the console for a week.

    I was at least using the controller from series x, but the right stick is going upwards on its own within a month of use.

    Don't even get me started on elite controller, repair basically is non existent. I'm already on 3rd unit and its unusable. both sticks travel and LB unreliable.

    How can I even get a working device I already paid for?

    There is no Series native Red Dead. It is Xbox One X optimized

    I will buy a Series X, but not on launch. Also not sure if we will get all the services at the local launch in my region or when it will be launched locally. With the Xbox One we had to wait a whole year after the international launch. One X we where lucky
    to get it a month after.

    I don't think new games will be playable on the older consoles, just Xbox One family of consoles and the Series X.

    Will need to wait for more information regarding this.

    Hey Manuela, sure thing. It was the Red Dead Redemption 2 deluxe edition for the Xbox one, not series x or s.

    Just Dance on Xbox Series X

    Considering the Kinect doesn't work with the Xbox One X without the use of an adapter (which Microsoft no longer makes), I highly doubt Microsoft will suddenly make it work with the Xbox Series X.

    Kinect is dead and should stay dead, it was a terrible idea for the Xbox One and its still a terrible idea.
