xbox series x dashboard stutter

hello, about 1 month ago I updated my xbox, more precisely in the August 2021 update and I noticed that my dashboard occurs some stutters when scrolling between games, applications or on the home page, but when I open a game and minimize it, the dashboard returns to normal, but if I close it, the problem returns. I need help with this, I've already done a factory reset, I always keep my SSD below 30% usage and it happens

no, i'm using the original xbox hdmi that came in the box what i find strange that when i open a game the dashboard goes back to normal and before the august update, my xbox worked normally

the problem is not with the games but with the dashboard, as i have done factory reset consequently the games were reinstalled
