Discus and support Xbox series x customer service in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I have a order in and took screenshots saying it wound been shipped in 3 days from the time of the order.     I have a order in and took screenshots saying it wound been shipped in 3 days from the time of the order. Logged on my account and still says pending. So I have attempted to make contact with customer service for the last few days and still nothing, who
    else is having same issues? Any better ways to get in contact with them?

    First question is obvious. I know from any other store orders on Nov 10th these were orders not pre-orders like last month these should had been items ready to be shipped. Typically if you put items out for sale they have a specific quantity and they would
    tell you it was a pre-order or no. This is not the case for me when I have screen shots. My general question for anyone with have shipping issues and have a good POC for customer service.

    Sounds like you ordered on Nov 10th launch day from the Microsoft store. The 2 or 3 day was an error in the system. The actual ship date os Dec 23rd. They are holding onto our funds in our bank stuck on processing until it ships. Also, our order history
    in our microsoft soft account will be labled pending until its ready to ship. Go to goggle and type in xbox customer support or microsoft customer support and call them directly. The whole go to xbox.com/help to request a call back is a joke. Every configuration
    uou put in says they dont give phone support for thst issue. Call them directly, upon their request show them the screen shots. They have been giving people with proof their orders said the console would be received on 11/12 a $50 dollar xbox gift card. Get
    your money for their mistake.

    Well first you do know therr is a worldwide crisis going om right?

    2 there is also a worldwide shortage of consoles

    2-3 business days is during normal times not during a launch this isnt a normal times and wont be for a very long time

    As with every single launch its very rare to be able to walk in a store and find stock without calling first

    Its pending because you have to wait for restock

    And if you didnt know ps4 and xbox one even ps3 or switch all had stock shortages for months

    Switch lasted 2 years before stock normalized

    With the global pandemic manufacturing capacity has been cut in half or worse due to social distancing and shipping from overseas issues

    Both sony and ms anniunced shortages and will last a very long time

    More so for popular ps5

    You gotta remember global shortages during a popular launch isnt new and rare are there any extras

    This usually last for months however withnthw pandemic it could.be longer

    People who ordered it during nov 10 or 9th seen shipping dates as close as dec 23rd whixh isnt unexpected because of the shortages
