Xbox series x customer service

I have a order in and took screenshots saying it wound been shipped in 3 days from the time of the order. Logged on my account and still says pending. So I have attempted to make contact with customer service for the last few days and still nothing, who
else is having same issues? Any better ways to get in contact with them?
