Xbox Series X Crashing Playing GTA5 Platinum Edition

Hay. So here’s my issue.

If I play GTA5 and turn the console off to go do other things. I come back to it and land on the Home Screen, I select GTA5 again I get the main splash screen but then it goes black. And unless I quit the game it stays like that. But, if I select it again this time the same loading screen appears but the console then completely shuts down (and the controller remains on) if I press the power button on the console it starts again from the “Xbox” splash screen.

I have tried quitting the game when it crashes and selecting another game but that in turn also crashes that game and then the console. The console is up to date as is all my games so something is causing this.

They are unconfigured, so have access restrictions, causing these errors.

If you do not have knowledge, I advise you to contact the ISP that they will do for you

set a fixed ip for the console/PC, open the ports described below, disable and enable the UPnP function and disable the modem firewall, if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Put console/PC IP in DMZ zone.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

You can ask ISP(Internet Service Provider) for help

I have asked them for help I’d have better luck talking to a trained chimp. I have asked them 6 times to how change the NAT setting and they keeping sending me **** for windows PCs.

I’m using a cellular connection for the Xbox it’s a SIM card inside a router and I know all there sims have this same NAT setting which as a paying customer I should be able to configure it myself as I’m paying for the connection so I should be allowed access to these settings. I’ve even went as far as asking if I copied the sim data to a blank sim would I be allowed to edit the sim settings myself and again it’s just fell on deaf ears no reply.

As an avid GTA5 player is that the previous gen version of GTA5 has always had its issue when attempting to start the game. My only solution that I know that solves the issue of Application freezing or hanging is to Buy the latest Version of GTA 5 Online and migrate your account to the new version of the game.

Thanks but none of that works. The only thing I can’t seem to change is the NAT type which is showing as “moderate” I know this isn’t ideal but I don’t have control over that part. I have already spoken to the chimps at my ISP and they either don’t seem to have a clue what I mean by NAT type or simply don’t want to look into it. I don’t have actual wifi at home so I’m having to use a mobile sim wireless router. I can change settings on the router fine but sadly the settings the sim is using are network locked and can only be changed by them.
