    Hi guys recently I got a series x ,and well in some games the Xbox turns off or freezes and then turn off,I saw somebody telling that it was with a recent update which causes most of this problems,I don't know what to do, is Microsoft aware of this? Please help

    Atm its an ongoing issuse, i find it happening most with AC:Val and COD:CW. It happens also with Rouge Company and MK11Ultimate.

    My game keeps crashing in the of games for Madden 24. How to fix this problem?

    Had this same issue, cant finish a game or even the 1st quarter without crashing. Sometimes it even turns off my whole xbox lmao. Series X.. Tried every possible solution, then had the game refunded since it was unplayable. Just downloaded Madden 23 since its on game pass and it crashes too LOL
