    Xbox Series X crashes to dashboard and turns off


    Hello.

    Starting yesturday my Xbox SX started to freeze while loading games and eventually turning off. I've found solutions, tried and they didn't help:

    - Rebooting

    - Unplugging power cord

    - Resetting the system

    - Turning off HDR

    - Giving the console more space



    It happens in Forza Horizon 5 and Hitman Trilogy, but don't know about other games. Strange thing is that I own it for more than a month now and it was all good untill now. Any advice?

    Kindly perform a powercycle and make sure to follow the steps accordingly.

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling both games to check if there will be an improvement.
