Xbox Series X crashes back to home screen everytime I start a game.

I sent my xbox to microsoft for repair and recieved it back with same exact issue....

I tried all suggestions with same result games crashing.

Is this happening with every game? Or only with a specific game? If it's the second. what game is that?
Also, your Xbox console is connected directly to the power outlet?
If not, please connect it in that way.

If yes, can you try testing the console in a completely different room / house to see if the issue persist?
And just to confirm, are you using an insider build / beta OS in your console?

It happens on every game that is downloaded and installed on the internal hard drive. I do not have an external. So far 6 games have the same issue. It occurs usually with graphical and audio errors. I havent had a single issue with cloud games. Possibly an internal hardware issue? I dont know what insider or beta is ive only owned this console for a few weeks. I bought it new. I may be able to try another room but I dont believe power supply is an issue. Ive had no issues with any other console on this or any other outlet.

In any case you may need to start a repair order or if you can, return it.

This is perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.
