    I made a post here a little over a week ago about my brand new Xbox series X controller randomly disconnecting from my pc. I followed through the customer support which was fully automated (virtual assistance), and filled in a replacement form. Today I received my replacement controller. However, this one also has the same problem, disconnecting randomly while gaming. Additionally, the replacement controller's X, Y, B, A buttons are scratched and the vibration is uneven.

    It turns out, that there's no phone call and chat support available for this issue. So, I am back where I started, and a little miffed due to the obviously refurbished controller which didn't even come with a box nor batteries, all of which I have returned with my original controller as was.

    My question is, is it possible to just get a refund at this point?

    I can't find one designed for series x controller. They are all for xbox one controller and don't fit series x controller properly.

    Xbox Series X|S controllers are fully compatible with the Xbox One, One S and One X. Also the Xbox One controllers work on the new Series consoles.

    The Xbox Series X controllers will work on Xbox One consoles, and the Xbox One controllers (including the Elite/Elite V2) will work on Xbox Series X too.
