  1. XBOX Series X Controller/Poor Support - Can't Resolve Issue

I purchased my XBOX Series X last summer. My controller is now experiencing drift on the right stick. Not only does my account show my 1-year warranty is expired, it shows that this warranty was expired within a handful of months since I purchased, which is baffling since I registered on day one. That alone shows how this system is not only not accurate, but frustrating for consumers.

I attempted to upload a receipt online, but I am not able to find a link to prove my warranty status. I am not able to call, for Microsoft only accepts call backs. *BOTH* times I asked for a call back, both calls hung up on me. One had crying children in the background. Is there any way for me to have my controller replaced without having to jump through hoops and experience this horribly poor customer service? I love my Series X, and though I promised myself I wouldn't buy another XBOX product after my very poor experience with my XBOX 360 Red Ring issues, here I am, without a controller and a fairly new console.

    :)
