    Xbox Series X controller not working


    Hello everyone, I wanted to share with you guys a major problem with my xbox series x controller on my PC.
    I recently got my controller and I finally got a bluetooth dongle to use my controller wirelessly because my motherboard didn't come with bluetooth. The problem is that after connecting it via bluetooth to my PC, it doesn't respond on games and it won't appear on the Xbox accessories app when connected wirelessly while it shows in my windows settings that it is well paired and connected as "Xbox wireless controller" but it doesn't work.
    If I bought this controller, it was because of it's quality and the fact that it could be used wirelessly so please do not tell me to use it wired as a fix.

    The Xbox Series X controllers will work on Xbox One consoles, and the Xbox One controllers (including the Elite/Elite V2) will work on Xbox Series X too.

    Xbox Series X|S controllers are fully compatible with the Xbox One, One S and One X. Also the Xbox One controllers work on the new Series consoles.

    Hello _Cristophe-,

    Thank you for your post. The Xbox Series X will allow for backward compatibility with Xbox One controllers, meaning an Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 will work as normal with the Series X.
