    Xbox Series X - Controller disconnects then network disconnects.


    Hello I am having an issue where I'll be playing a game on my Xbox Series X and after about 15 minutes my controller will lock up and disconnect and will not reconnect, then after about 5 minutes of being stuck on a "reconnect your controller" screen I will be booted from the game with the error "For this game, you need to be online" with the error code 0x803f9008.

    I cant get my controller connected again until I've done a full power cycle of the console where I can then play a game again for 10-15 minutes and the same thing happens again.

    I have tried various fixes for this such as; using both a wired and wireless controller connection, a wireless and wired internet connection, my controller firmware is up to date, I've tried clear the MAC settings on the Xbox network settings, reset the Xbox to factory settings, tried playing different games. Nothing seems to work...
    I refuse to believe there is a problem with my network because all of my other devices remain connected the whole time.

    Has anybody else had similar issues? It's really frustrating because I'm still paying for this on Xbox All Access but I cant play it for more than 15 minutes.

    Vanguard Controller issue ...

    Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

    Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

    I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

    I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

    I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.

    Yeah I'm trying that but when i go to enter my address the website says "Sorry, something went wrong. We're not sure what happened but refreshing the page may help, or try again in a little while." I've been trying all morning.
