Xbox Series X Controller disconnecting

So since owning my Xbox series X I have been getting this very annoying hardware bug where my controller will disconnect and reconnect continuously while being wireless. I tried different controllers and all were doing the same. I even went out and brought an elite 2 controller and the problem was still present, so that ruled out the controller.

This was my email to Xbox some months ago, after many of months putting up with the issue in question and being ignored or just fobbed off by Microsoft support agents.

I brought my console back in April 2021. However after a few months I started to experience some technical issues with the connectivity of the controllers. I contacted Microsoft support regarding this however I was told that it's known issue and will be fixed in an upcoming update.

I was told to wait and keep my Xbox updated, some months had passed and still updating my console with new firmwares and the problem still consisted.

I started to notice my warranty end date was coming in to a close so I decided to contact Microsoft support with no luck. Trying to get a callback from your support team would not work, kept showing an error whatever I tried.

I then managed to get through to customer support via the chat option and spoke to Joshua. I stated to Joshua that I've been waiting so long for an update to fix this issue and now my console is out of warranty.

He told me that he was going to try and get this rectified and apologised for me being told that I was to wait and it was never fixed. He went onto getting me a exception for my controllers which I accepted. I received the one controller back from the service centre but the problem was still present.

I went onto contact Joshua to tell him that the new controller still has the same issue. I told him that I think the problem was the console itself as it would of been a massive coincidence that the new controller had the same issue.

I then had to wait weeks for a reply, I had to constantly email him for a follow up untill he finally replied. To my shock he told me that he tried to get the service centre to repair my console but they told him no. Now I'm just getting ignored by all the emails I'm sending.

I'm just very disappointed with the support I've received with this console over the year. Being told to wait for an update to fix the issue and to plug it in wired in the meantime. To then not being fixed and now I'm stuck because it's out of warranty. Why would I want to pay nearly £600 for a console to go 15 years back in time by connecting it wired instead of wireless.

I really do hope you can help me, it's a long shot contacting you but I feel like I have no other option. I've been a Xbox owner for many years and I've loved every second but I just hope this is just a minor setback in trusting Microsoft in the future.

So after spending weeks to try and get Xbox to finally get my Xbox in for repair while it was out of warranty (What they call an exception) I finally had my replacement back from the repair centre. Guess what.... The problem still consists!!! The Xbox was not replaced as it still has all the same serial numbers.

So where do I stand now with getting this rectified. I've tried contact Xbox through call backs but I just get an error every time I put in my mobile number.

All I want is this problem sorted as it's really annoying and it was supposed to be fixed with a patch but obviously hasn't fixed mine.
