xbox series x controller Bluetooth on windows 1809 Not working correctly

Ive recently gotten a xbox series x Controller which works flawlessly while using its usb-c Cable, But when I try to connect over bluetooth it reads the controller wrong as just a "6 axis 16 button" gamepad. I've searched for fixes with the only one being that its mostly a windows issue with the controllers drivers and updating windows is the only fix. The issue is I cannot update my windows version as I currently run LTSC 1809 without this, I cannot use my controller wireless meaning ive wasted my money partly on the controller and the Bluetooth adapter for it. Anyway to get drivers without needing to update windows? I don't see why I'm forced to update my windows for this as it can only be a simple driver issue, that i'm just requesting be publicly available otherwise I'm going to have to wait until the next windows ltsc build in order to have a functioning controller.

after searching it seems it is Microsoft preferred method of installing that driver via windows update.

the problem is the latest drivers are already in win 10 home and pro but missing in enterprise. i think the only way really is via windows update.

All I'm asking is for the independent driver to be sent here so that Me and many others can make use of it! It shouldn't be locked behind windows updates

well 1809 version of windows is no longer officially supported, and soon 2004 version will be unsupported. windows is a service so you are expected to keep it up to date, long gone are the old days of normal operating systems.

features and drivers are also updated in the windows updates these days so its best to keep your computer fully up to date as it can resolve a lot of issues.
