    How do I get my damn xbox series x console fixed. It keeps shutting down!!!! This website is horrible for people who need help. What happened to live customer CARE!!!! THE AUTOMATED SERVICE IS SO USELESS.

    This is beyond ridiculous how there is no help NOW!

    Unfortunately, I believe they shut it down late last year however with the upcoming realise of the Xbox Series X they will be opening back up to suggestions.

    I was running into the same problem for days with no available solutions working. But after disabling a few things while troubleshooting, i found that 4k uhd was the culprit. After disabling it and running 1080p with raytracing enabled, i have had zero
    shutdowns. With 4k enabled i would notice prior to shutdown that the game would stutter when dismounting my aim. Seconds later it would crash. For the past 2 days i have logged multiple 4-5 hour sessions without any problems. Its truly disappointing to have
    a 4k capable console, not capable of 4k. Hopefully a future update will correct this.
