    Xbox Series X - Console is defected


    Very discouraging... We just purchased a new XBOX Series X and it randomly turns off at the user login screen. We tried a hard boot and it still did not work. How can we resolve or send our console to Microsoft for another xbox console. Very discouraging.

    So are they going to fix those elite 2 controllers or not?

    This is the major problem of this generation xbox one’s accessories: too fragile/defective. Hope they will do better on series x

    if you have a defective system you need to send it in for repair or return it to the store if you're still in that window
