Xbox series X complete shutdown on 2k crash

It's a known issue with this game, 2k is aware of the issue and working on a solution. I would recommend avoiding playing this game for now and also recommend talking to 2k to press them to work faster on a solution.

Wow man. That's crazy. Join the party. It's been a known issue ever since the console released. Crashes and shutdowns have been happening while playing multiple Series X enhanced titles. I recently had to send my console off for repair. It's only three months old. NBA 2k22 caused my console to crash and shutdown multiple times. Someone told me it was NBA 2K's fault but this has to be a Microsoft hardware or software issue.

Your console is only two weeks old and crashing like that is a bad deal. The only recommendation they may give you is to contact customer support and try to get the issue resolved. You most likely will have to send it off for a warranty repair.

My series x goes green screen and crashes on 2k22 online play only, no other game. Can yall please fix this I have notified 2k and Microsoft and it has been a month and still this happens.
