    XBOX series X: COD Vanguard re-starts at Tier 1 after stopping the game, for example, at Tier 42!
    After powerup, COD displays message like "no connection, xbox live server interupted' or similar (sorry, not exact message).

    Issue can be solved one time, by remove powercord from XBOX.

    After playing and shutting down the XBOX, the same problem occures again.

    Speed test was OK, XBOX is wired to router, router reset done, etc, etc...
    A wireless hotspot with phone, gives no solution.
    Happend only with COD games XBOX Series X: COD Vanguard re-starts at tier 1 after stopping the game at, for example,... :(
    According to Activision, all servers are ok.
    Also the XBOX live and Activision accounts have no prob;ems.
    Re-installing the games or facory reset of the XBOX has not worked.

    please help!

    Have you tried contacting Activision support? Is weird that only their gane is doing this!

    Hi there Japie welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Weird! I suggest you try this:

    Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

    Settings.

    Select Network Settings.

    Select Advanced Settings.

    Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

    Select Clear.

    Allow the console to restart when prompted.

    Then Logout and login from your account!
