Xbox Series X Captures do no have Dialogue.

When ever I record Clips on my Series X the clips always do not have Dialogue. Music, and sound effects are still present, but if the main or side characters talk at it is not captured in the clip.

I've seen many reports of this on r/xboxinsiders since the update that broken it went live 5 or so months ago. And a Google search returns many posts about this issue on here within the last 5 months. So it looks like there are many people with the issue.

if the restoration doesn't solve the problem, I don't see another alternative, it could be a defect.

Yes, yes, and yes.

I have tried deleting captures. Factory resets. Removing and readding my account. Disconnecting my headset. Stereo Uncompressed. Windows Sonic, Dolby Atmos. DTS. The result is the same. The last time a capture included Dialogue Audio was 176 days ago.

Does the xbox have any headset connected? have you tried resetting your xbox to factory default?

Does the problem occur with all games?

another option is to delete all local captures.

If the problem was with the panel, it would be enough to restore offline, and your problem would have been solved, just try to restore using a pendrive.

Also others would have the same problem, and I don't see reports like this recently.
