    Xbox Series X captures dark, workaround?


    Loving the Xbox series x so far but first I couldn’t upload clips in 4K and now I can’t upload in 720 without it being dark

    I’ve switched off auto HDR and nothing changes, it’s still dark when record clips off Warzone and COD

    Most advanced console ever? How is this problem still around months after the launch of the game

    Is there any workaround for this at all?

    Have the same problem, and just like you seeing this has been a known issue way back last year. Where is the fix?

    Unfortunately this didn’t solve a thing, and judging by other posts this isn’t an isolated incident, is there any work any around that anyone has managed to find? Really poor this for a next gen console

    Hello, I recommend that you try the following stroubleshooting steps so that you can resolve your issue:

    Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

    Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

    Game captures are terrible.

    Xbox series x. There is so much documentation about this issue, no-one has a solution (apart from streaming on twitch, saving the vod and then editing the video). Compared with my xbox one captures, taken well over a year ago, they are awful, choppy, stuttering messes. This is not a problem on my end, this is a problem with the xbox series x capture system. The fact captures are STILL terrible is a joke, given the series x was released over 18 months ago.

    No sorry, it's not possible. Only the Xbox One and Series X|S can capture pictures and videos directly via the console.
