Xbox series X can't cancel order

I ordered the Series X on launch night and the email said it wasnt going to ship until late December. I called to cancel but was told they couldn't cancel the order. The controller arrived today and i called to return it. After an hour on the phone they
said it would be 5-7 business days just to get a return label! Are you serious? And still can't cancel the Xbox that isn't going to ship for over a month. Their only option was for me to call my credit card company and stop payment. Come on Microsoft, this
is absolutely ridiculous. Seriously, this is the best you can do?! Never again.
